Loved this apartment, old but beautiful, great location, quiet, nice neighbors

The super is great. Helpful and kind.
Cons:
This building is super super old. Be very wary of renting from any of the single owner of units. They are cheap and refuse to fix things. I currently have a stove that won’t work I’m and a horrible endless mouse issue. Also the entire unit has only 4 useable outlets and an electric problem that’s a fire waiting to happen. Renter beware.
Advice to owner:
Re do the unit!!! Fix the floors. Get a new stove. Spend money to make the unit live able.

Well kept building with 2 elevators.Quiet and secure.Dog friendly.
Cons:
Mice and roaches.Super is unreliable and too industrious.
Advice to owner:
Get rid of the mice.Modernise the electricity

Only pro is the location itself, everything else has been a headache

Right next to beautiful park and subway
Cons:
No laundry in building despite them saying it will happen and roaches are disgustingly huge
Advice to owner:
Care more because there’s constant talk of more tenants leaving
