    Pros:
    Very affordable. Feels family oriented.
    Cons:
    Absolute no care for genuine issues in apartment. It’s clear that whenever I try to ask for help or complain, there is confusion because at least I have a roof over my head.
    Advice to owner:
    Please take requests of tenets seriously.
