the building conditions are not so bad
Former Tenant
Pros:
It has a good location because you have all kinds of shops close by and transportation. In this area there are several parks, the management of the building is not the best but they solve.
Cons:
There is a lot of scandal in the street and it is very dirty, the super is lazy and you have to be behind him to solve you. The manager named Eduardo is a person who thinks that you have no idea about anything and that you just have to pay. the neighbors are very gossipy people. At nine at night the door of the residence that covers the 3 buildings is closed and if you wait for someone or a food order for example you will have to go down personally to open it since there is no intercom for that door.
Advice to owner:
put an intercom for the door of the residential that covers the three buildings. put cameras in the building. better cleaning ... the stairs are always full of trash.
