Looks deceiving, but is good (not great)
Former Tenant
Pros:
Just about every other weekday, the halls and stairs are mopped. Most residents have lived in the apartment for a long time and look out for each other. When emailing management about an issue, they are quick to respond. Heat is very good when it is on. Water pressure is very good (but is maybe too much pressure). Noise levels in apartment are normal apartment sounds.
Cons:
Garbage is collected across 10 bins. When moving in, was not notified there was a difference in garbage collection. Discovered there are 2 bins for recycling. Heat is very sporadically turned on, sometimes not at all when it's very cold. If you like music playing outside your window and revving cars/motorcycles every day, you can handle the noise. Constant change of management rep. While owner was responsive, the companies reached out to for fixes were not good options to the point I just had to find a service myself. Pest control only came once a month, and would quickly pass units if there was no response in 5 seconds. Super works in multiple buildings and is hard to get in contact with sometimes.
Advice to owner:
Put working cameras on every floor inside, and fix the outside cameras

Solid place to live in Inwood
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean, secluded, with nice, considerate neighbors. Definitely felt secure having lived here.
Cons:
Can be loud, especially when facing an alleyway. That’s just the neighborhood though.

Horrible building and management
Former Tenant
Pros:
No pros other than being near the train and restaurants
Cons:
Horrible building with pests and mice
