Roaches
Leaky ceilings
Dangling light fixtures
Homeless smoking weed in the stairwell
Lack of heat

Do what’s best for your tenants, not what is best for yourself

Great super but they area is hell!

Super and management’s responsiveness, nice neighbors.
Cons:
the whole Sherman avenue is loud from June to October due to the ongoing partying on the streets, dirt bikes and drag racing. You will not sleep until 5am.

Okayish building, could be so much better!

Pros:
The whole apartment was renovated, spacious and quiet, since it was at the back of the building.
Cons:
People just sitting on the front entrance, having loud speakers, children running up and down the stairs, sitting on the stairs
