By far my worst experience in my whole life as a tenant.

Pros:
The location and price were the only somewhat good things.
Cons:
Filthy, terrible management, cooking gas was cut for almost 6 months, then they decided to repair, leaving open holes in our kitchens that a person could literally fall through. Rat infestations, open front door with various people walking through every day and night, garbage all over the place, hot water often not available, water leaks, super’s changing every few months, a totally absent management and the list goes on.
Advice to owner:
Find a different profession.
