Terrible lanlord, do not give them your business!

Pros:
The other tenants were friendly, it feels like a family.
Cons:
We had a mouse and had to pay for an exterminator. We ended up having to take him to court. The landlord is extremely unresponsive. The employees of the property management, MGH Management, are super unprofessional. They wrongly charge late fees and don’t keep track of payments made and will hang up on you. The super is lazy. Would 100% NOT recommend this building.
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive and professional.
