    A good place to live

    Pros:
    Supers and management are very responsive, great location, respectful neighbors, no major complaints.
    Cons:
    Cockroaches are an ongoing battle, but the exterminator is available monthly.

    Laundry room, super responsive super, clean common areas, nice renovations.
    Cons:
    Slight roach issues in some units.
    Advice to owner:
    Respond to noise complaints, enforce noise levels as stipulated in lease terms.
