The most beautiful, convenient, clean building

Pros:
Literal steps from the 1/2/3/ subway line and walkable access to all of downtown
Cons:
Ultimately, the building is directly across from Lennox hospital. You can sleep with earplugs and the windows closed, but if you're sensitive to noise and sirens, there's just no escaping them

The staff - in particular the doormen & maintenance folks are all extremely helpful/professional & improve the livability of the building.
Cons:
Management company was difficult to work with on certain matters.
