Hidden gem in Chelsea
Former Tenant
Pros:
Fantastic location, incredible value.
Cons:
Minor nuisance, but frequently there are multiple washing machines out of order. Also, panhandling is a frequent issue in the area. Not aggressive, but just part of this neighborhood.
Advice to owner:
get new washing machines of they can't be repaired. Or change vendors if they won't do this themselves.
