    Great no frills experience

    Pros:
    Super convenient location, responsive management, have not encountered a single bug in four years of living there, great views
    Cons:
    Relatively thin apartment walls, also have had to do water / pipe work that has been a bit disruptive

    Decent but overpriced for what it is

    A great location. A nice lobby and rooftop. Mostly very nice and friendly staff, with some exceptions...
    Cons:
    1) Management is not friendly and not very responsive either, takes days and sometimes several reminders for them to respond.
    2) Pest control is lacking - I saw huge roaches a few times downstairs, but what's worse is that they came into our apartment through the plumbing system a couple of times (11th floor).
    Advice to owner:
    Management team is lacking good customer service skills
