Nice Pre War, Needs Better Management

Pros:
Nice super, really tries but limited in what he is allowed to do. He is good at taking out garbage and keeping lobby, stairs and elevator clean.
Cons:
Bad responsiveness to any maintenance requests by management. They tell why they don't need to do something. Owner does not want to fix. Contractor staff is over worked or understaffed as they do always not come when they say will. They are helpful when they finally do arrive.
Advice to owner:
Please empower management to be responsive to approve a repair and understand responsibilities of being a landlord or sell to someone who does. Not professional.
