Great building, experience depends on your landlord

Pros

- Incredible staff - long-term staffers, super kind, super responsive - Building was well maintained and super was responsive to all issues - Big laundry room - almost never had to wait

Cons

- Most of my issues stemmed from my landlord, but since it's a co-op, I think it was individual to her - I lived here during COVID, so things have likely changed - but the gym and roof were basically entirely closed for the 3 years I lived here - Roach problem; it was resolved after replacing the insulation behind the dishwasher, but there are definitely roaches - Tons of building staff, so EOY tips were very high
