    Pros:
    It’s a quiet building with doorman. Mostly people from the French embassy live there.
    Cons:
    The doorman “lost” a package of mine after he signed for it. It just happened to be $800 shoes. I had to fight with the building to get my money.
    Advice to owner:
    Fix the rooftop to make it nice
