    Great building, great location

    Building staff are very helpful and very friendly.
    Cons:
    Poor etiquette in laundry room - tenants frequently leaving laundry sprawled across room.

    Staff and maintenance is great
    Cons:
    Elevator is a bit slow
    Advice to owner:
    Make elevator quicker and open gym with some type of capacity with cleaning staff. Garbage service/recycle pick up option on floor.
