We’ve lived in three apartments in NYC over 10 years and this has been our favorite. The building is clean and well-run, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the location is excellent.
No current complaints. Renters cannot access the bike room or parking, which is a bummer.
Friendly staff, great location, always clean.
Heat is often not strong enough during the winter.
