    Good starter apartment but loud

    Pros:
    Great location, right in the middle of east village/LES
    Lots of trains
    Grocery store downstairs (union market)
    Trash was regularly taken out
    Building management was pretty responsive
    Cons:
    Lots of noise (bar with outdoor seating behind the building, front of the building is on Houston)
    Trash was in the walkway (you have to pass by every time you enter/leave the building)

    By and large the neighbors are friendly and quiet. The club under the building closed!
    Water pressure is great and the building is kept clean.
    Cons:
    Packages occasionally stolen
    A new bar may go in where the club previously was
