    Pros:
    I love my apartment, super is very responsive, laundry in building
    Cons:
    Pipes are old and have leaked frequently, homeless/ drug addicts have gotten into the building, no notice if work is being done and they need access to my back yard, dryer breaks often
    Advice to owner:
    Better communication with tenants on what is going on with the building.
