Lived here for about a year. Overall this is a great building. Doormen and maintenance staff are great, laundry room is updated and large. Neighbors generally older or families and respectful. Location is awesome and the roof deck is nice too in the summers.
Occasionally had a few roaches wander in but nothing crazy for NY. Gym is tiny.
