Terrible management company and lots of issues with pests
Pros
The unit itself was newly renovated and had an in-unit washer/dryer and in a convenient location.
Cons
We had a lot of pest problems including a cockroach infestation and a house fly infestation. There were also periodic loud noises coming from the courtyard. However, the worst part about living here was the property management company. The office staff was extremely rude and not very responsive. After a year of moving out, we still haven’t gotten our security deposit back.
