Super is fantastic no pests or rodents great location
owners are inflexible imo the heat is too much in winter it’s so hot rent too high
offer some flexibility in leases and rent increases to keep long term tenants.
Super is very nice and responsive Area is very nice -- super convenient to social activities and subways Older building but has all the things you want from a unit. My unit in particular has a well sized bathroom with rub, W/D, D/W, and a real stove/fridge despite essentially being a microstudio.
Management is very unresponsive and needs a lot of prodding to action things. E.g. I asked for ACH instructions but never got them despite emailing. Also a little predatory imo, such as asking for a sublet fee of 250 but then changing it to 300.
