Great first apartment

Pros:
Live in super was AMAZING. Pleasant front door staff. Well maintained building. Quiet block
Cons:
Sometimes it felt like the front door staff didn’t enforce the “visitors must announce themselves” policy

Pros:
The location is great. The building management is usually timely with maintenance requests and try to keep the communal lobby area clean.
Cons:
The building is noisy, you hear everything going on in the building inside your apartment. My entire time living here i've had to deal with roaches and mice. Mold grows easily in the bathroom since there is no overhead ventilation and the windows are glued shut thanks to the landlord special. Management can be rude to work with.
Advice to owner:
Fix the pest issue.
