    Friendly neighbors, responsive management, in-site super

    Frequent mice issues, subpar repairs

    Pros:
    The unit was updated, the street was relatively quiet. Across from a park so nice open views, but more opportunity for rodents.
    Cons:
    The building management and super were very very unresponsive when I requested help/issues within my unit. There was a couple on the 3rd floor that screamed bloody murder and argue (not sure if they live there anymore)
