The courtyard is cute and large windows

Cons

Could barely sleep with the amount of noise that echoes around this apartment. I could even hear the upstairs neighbors conversations, the floorboards are so thin. Pest issues, holes in the walls and floors, scalding hot water out of nowhere. This place is a walking hazard and management was not helpful until we took extreme measures.
