Great neighborhood. Relatively safe and quiet building. Beautiful historic building. Amazing super!
Management is unresponsive. Co-op is stringent. Mice and roaches are a problem. Heat can’t be controlled from within apartments and is too high.
Get management who actually responds. Co-op should be kinder to tenants.
