    Small Building, Old School
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Prewar walk up building with radiator heat, no amenities, no frills
    Cons:
    Some pest and maintenance problems. They are handled quickly though.
    Some issues are "patched up" in a way that could be done more professionally or better
    Advice to owner:
    Some improvements could be made: hallways/stairwells cleaned more often; replace old school buzzer with a video one for increased safety
