    Location by midtown tunnel, pests, frequent water turn offs

    David is Awesome, the super.
    management is somewhat responsive to requests
    good location
    Cons:
    Pest, roaches, random flies. saw a rat when I threw out the trash...twice on different days
    The location is near a hospital. you will hear ambulance a lot
    rent increase is way too much
    package got stolen a few times
