Mott St mostly During Pandemic

Pros

Love the block. Beautiful and quiet. Nice that it is just a tad out of the way of most of the Nolita traffic etc. building was incredibly clean. I never saw any bugs or rats ever. Super was awesome and always on the property cleaning, planting flowers etc.

Cons

Tiny units, my bedroom had no window. Heat is controlled by tenant which is amazing. (Would much rather that than 100 degrees) but my unit got VERY cold and the tiny 4ft electric heating unit was not enough for my apartment. Had to run a space heater all the time. Ultimately left because rents were too high mid pandemic. They ended up lowering almost $1000 from what I was paying.
