Owners will try to take advantage of you at every opportunity regardless of whether something was your fault. Would not recommend this experience to my worst enemy. Heating/AC does not work efficiently leaving you with massive electric bills. Freezing in winter. Entire apartment leaks when it rains. Constantly smells like Chinese food. Takes months of arguing to get anything fixed.
