Super responsive property managers. Fix problems in a timely manner.

It’s an old building so problems like leaking, bugs, mice, bad smells may occur.

Location is good for bars and restaurants but so much shit gets thrown around outside by homeless looking through the trash
Cons:
Stairways don’t get cleaned much, super only speaks Russian which was ok for me but lol gl
