    Rent controlled I guess
    Cons:
    Not cleaned when moved in, cracks in ceiling, floor falling apart, water pressure is terrible

    Location is good for bars and restaurants but so much shit gets thrown around outside by homeless looking through the trash

    Stairways don’t get cleaned much, super only speaks Russian which was ok for me but lol gl

    Pretty much everything, the landlord is the absolute worst
    Advice to owner:
    Just because it’s a rent controlled building doesn’t mean you should just let the building fall apart
