Bad management slumlords
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building is convenient. Close to train, supermarket, schools… a neighborhood thing.
Cons:
The management company doesn’t care. They put bandaids on top of bandaids. I’ve been living here 10 years with a stove that 1 pilot don’t work and a refrigerator that leaks water. Called a whole bunch of times and all they do is send the super who put a bandaid on issues and the problem is still there 1-2 weeks later. Bathroom is falling apart. Managemen I’ll t has been here and said they’ll do work on it 1 year ago… smh…don’t get me started in the constant water issues ruining my property as I was told they won’t reimburse and rhat it’s my prerogative to pursuit legal actions if I wanted to… but the fact is that they won’t cover anything if it ever breaks or stops working or if someone hung as a pipe break you’ll have to cover all the loss to your personal property and deal with the horrible workmanship.
Advice to owner:
Be better
