Bed Bugs - Lack of Action

I love the area
Cons:
In August of 2024 there was a bedbug outbreak that spread to other apartments. It was not fixed with any sort of haste. Excuses such as "they did not reply to my email" were made. Because of this, it spread to a different apartment. This was also not fixed with any haste. 29 days. it took 29 days to fix. Just 1 day before what was then the legal limit to do so. Did not seem like a coincidence.
Advice to owner:
Fix issues and reply to tenants.
