Quite stay in a prewar building East Village

Pros

Neighbor are somewhat quiet here, very low people traffic. There is a garbage man maintaining the courtyard area between buildings. Room was recently renovated

Cons

It does look pretty old, do not really recommend staying on the first floor as you could hear people coming down the stairs
