    The super named Mark is the best, so helpful and always around

    Terrible location, had several roaches

    they cut corners but could be worse

    they cut corners. Many things were cheaply installed.
    Homeless encampment right outside the front door
    Property manager threatened to withhold deposit over a misunderstanding but we got the full deposit back lol.
    Advice to owner:
    stop cutting corners
