Stay Away From Stellar Management

Pros:
Located in a good area of East Village
Cons:
No laundry facilities, no elevator, Stellar Management raises rents every year to a ridiculous level, apts are cut up so that there are two bedrooms, bathroom, small kitchen but no living room, apts were rent stabilized but owner used loophole in the law to end rent stabilized for all apts.
Advice to owner:
Lower the rents to affordable levels
