It’s not the best
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean, quiet back room.
Cons:
Loud loft room, living area smells awful due to dog urine soaking down to the subfloor. Disgusting fridge, noisy cat. Landlord attempted to keep my deposit, stating I never paid one. After providing evidence I did, landlord dismissed the evidence. After threatening to take her to court, she agreed to return the deposit.
Advice to owner:
Keep paper records.
