    Well maintained
    Great/responsive/helpful super
    Nice roof
    Cons:
    Bar on the corner can get very loud at night
    A bit janky- like many buildings in the area apartments have been split up into more units over time so a few aspects are uneven/off

    Walk up building and no laundry. Packages are just left in the lobby
