Pros

Feel very lucky with the subsidized rent. Very large/functional kitchen for a studio. Generally quiet in the building.

Cons

The playground can be a bit loud if you're on that side of the building. Often felt like there weren't enough washers and dryers for the whole building, especially on the weekends.
