    Great opportunity from NYU

    Pros:
    Feel very lucky with the subsidized rent. Very large/functional kitchen for a studio. Generally quiet in the building.
    Cons:
    The playground can be a bit loud if you're on that side of the building. Often felt like there weren't enough washers and dryers for the whole building, especially on the weekends.

    Right on the NYU Manhattan campus, close to Broadway-Lafayette and West 4th, gym right next to building, and multiple supermarkets nearby
