Great staff, great views, and very quiet
Pros
- Very quiet (residents are typically on the older end) - Staff are very nice + friendly - Views are incredible - Close to the park
Cons
- Gym is a bit dated - Some of the elevators are out-of-service fairly frequently, so the elevator queue can be long

Best place I've lived in NYC, wish I could buy an apt in this building
Pros
Excellent management, insanely helpful and friendly staff, super clean building, incredibly well maintained and just the absolute best location on the Upper West (equidistant to central park on the right, riverside park on the left and right next to Juilliard and the Lincoln Center complex!)
Cons
Very few, a lot of tenants are older and own the place so definitely not a party/fun/young people building, moreso an older/residential/couples/family paradise!
