construction, construction, construction
Former Tenant
Pros:
amazing doormen, super friendly and helpful with anything! Good location in a safe spot.
Cons:
Constant construction from apartment renovations that goes on way longer than estimated. Water/heat shut offs frequently at least 4-5 times a month. Heat is constantly on inside apartments with no real way to turn it off. Used to not charge residents for amenities and now they do.

I liked living here but rents have become unreasonable
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location, location, location
Cons:
extremely noisy 24 hours a day mostly due to proximity to mount Sinai hospital

Great building and staff
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great amenities- 24 hour gym and laundry, bike room and pet grooming room. Exceptionally clean! Love the staff!
Cons:
A bit longer wait at elevator during rush hours sometimes.
Advice to owner:
Keep up the good work!

Change in quality of life here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building employees are great. Helpful, responsive, and nice. Views are awesome.
Cons:
Tons of poorly planned construction. Noise levels are unbearable. At least one elevator put of commission at all times. Management is jacking rents up ridiculously. Location. Not bad but would be nice to be nearer restaurants and bars.
Advice to owner:
Plan renovations better in terms of effects on residents.

Staff was great always helpful and very clean building
Cons:

Advice to owner:

Great neighborhood, management could be much better
Former Tenant
Pros:
The Lincoln Square neighborhood is amazing, close to Central Park and Lincoln center. The building itself is ok.
Cons:
Management is a nightmare to deal with. The building is undergoing huge renovations but rents are still very high.
Advice to owner:
Take your residents complaints seriously, even if it means cutting on your (huge) margins in doing so.

Great, clean building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice amenities Nice staff
Cons:
Under construction the whole time lived there Doubled our rent upon renewal
Advice to owner:
Don’t double people’s rent to try and kick them Out
