Fine place, 2021-2023 Studio

Pros

Great location for both enjoying West Village but also getting nearly anywhere via W4 St station. Fun place to be in your shoebox era.

Cons

Honestly the reason I left is it is just too tiny with a joke of a kitchen to justify the price. But you already knew that. The two biggest issues were: 1. The windows don't seal, so you get a ton of noise, dust, unwanted heat / cold 2. The lack of A/C with west facing windows makes for some uncomfortable nights There is basically no community
