Nice and Responsive Mgmt

Pros:
Relatively well kept building. Common areas (foyer, hallways, etc) renovated a couple years ago to a modern look.
Cons:
A bit noisy since it’s on a corner, but not terrible. Some neighbors are noisy. Some units very dated.
Advice to owner:
Minor updates could be made to modernize apartments and they’d be much more desirable. Overall, mgmt is friendly and responsive.
