    Pros:
    location, neighbors seem nice
    Cons:
    Needs to be gut renovated--can't run more than one electrical appliance at a time without blowing a fuse, lots of huge water bugs, no noise abatement between apartments--you can hear everything; rarely see anyone clean common space

    Amazing location, fairly clean building, responsive management
    Cons:
    First floor apartments have gated windows, no laundry in building, 2nd bedrooms are generally very small, bathroom has no fan
    Advice to owner:
    Put a fan in the bathroom
