Poorly constructed and maintained; Incompetent management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location, location, location
Cons:
Noisiest apartment ever--can hear neighbors next door, up and down--every cough, sneeze, conversation. Very poor insulation, constant loud thumping above; air shaft also magnifies conversations; Huge water bug infestation although luckily no other pests so far; indifferent and inflexible management that doesn't maintain building well; revolving door of tenants
Advice to owner:
Although you are a large landlord, try to take some pride in your buildings and invest in their upkeep. Your tenants are people and if you treated them better, it actually would be better for your bottom line. Train your staff better and have a customer service attitude.
