Decent
Former Tenant
Pros:
Apartment is nice. Great area. Owner is nice.
Cons:
Massive leaks all the time. Super doesn't seem to care really/ not that responsive (always someone different). Constant dust and debris coming from brick in apartment. Packages always stolen but the cameras in the hallways are fake. Makes it feel unsafe. Not worth the location or price.
Advice to owner:
Hire a more professional superintendent

Nice efficiency units
Former Tenant
Pros:
Newly renovated, thoughtfully designed
Cons:
Backyard not maintained, hallways still were not renovated, but that might have changed since I lived there. Occasional cockroach coming up from kitchen sink, but somewhat expected for old building.
