Solid bathrooms and kitchen, very limited temperature control
Former Tenant
Pros:
Newly redone bathrooms and kitchen
Cons:
With the small rooms and heating poles, it would get unbearably hot in the winter, so I had to leave my AC unit in year round, which wasted a lot of electricity. Also no washer/dryer in the building.

Unresponsive management
Former Tenant
Pros:
The Apartments are pretty nice and renovated

The heat is horrendous in this building. We’ve had so many problems with hot water and heat. We’re currently freezing in our apartment and the super never responds to us.
