    Pros:
    Temperature was well regulated and the appliances/fixtures worked
    Cons:
    Super noisy heating system. Basically impossible to sleep through the night for half the year
    The landlord/super didn't do anything about roaches or mice when we reported them
    Advice to owner:
    Fix the heater noises, and get regular exterminator treatments

    Cons:
    Mice infestation garbage cans that don’t close properly the water drain holes don’t have a cover it’s an open hole on the ground all this is located in the courtyard between the two buildings rats everywhere I live on ground floor with mice in my apartment
    Advice to owner:
    Get proper dumpster like container for garbage with heavy lids that stay closed and cover up the drain holes on the ground
