Pretty but very noisy. Low security.

Lots of natural light.

Your packages WILL get stolen! The building is always broken into and packages are torn up and taken. This is an ongoing issue with no resolution!! PIGEON PROBLEM. They are everywhere!! Cooing at all hours in the alleys, especially at 5AM.

Advice to the owners

Do something about all the pigeons. Improve building security!
