    Pros:
    Loved Josephine and Reno taking care of the building. Neighbors are nice but stay out of your business. Building fixes repairs quickly
    Cons:
    Can definitely hear noisy neighbors.

    Generally very responsive, but doesnt always act on it
    Cons:
    Didn’t do much with noise complaints. Terrible timing for repairs
