Cons
Hazardous, improper patch job repairs. Walls are crumbling inside, so it's impossible to hang anything. Serious fire occurred last week, burning out multiple units and they never told the tenants anything happened. I don't trust the landlord or management at all and they own all these shell companies with horrible reputations.
Advice to the owners
Develop a conscience, hire a competent super and give them a budget to actually repair things, install hallway smoke detectors
